So I've had another bout of depression the last few days... not felt so down for a while. Was still in bed at 2:30 this afternoon, with no energy or wish to get up, when my Mum came and knocked on my door to ask if I could take a photo of something in the garden for her.. so I dragged myself out of bed and got dressed, got my camera out... and spent the next 2 hours in the garden taking about 200 photos of flowers, insects, my cat, all sorts of things, and then spent time sorting and editing and uploading them... and now feel an awful lot better.
Photography seems to help
Need to remember that next time I get down...
